Corralco
ChileThe story of Corralco began less than a decade ago, when the Chilean government granted a beautiful area within the Malalcahuello National Reserve for the operation of a ski center. The first lifts came, the first slopes…, but it was only in the winter of 2013 that the first accommodation arrived. The landscape mixes the ancient beauty of the araucaria forests and the Lonquimay volcano with the brand new ski slopes and the Valle Corralco Hotel & Spa, a sustainable project and a true refuge for those looking for a unique experience. The more than nine and a half meters of snow covering the mountains in the region, along with 1,800 hectares of ski area, 29 slopes, six lifts and extensive off-piste terrain, have made the ski center a must-see!
